Refund policy

We stand behind every Sugar Printer™ we ship — but due to the nature of our pre-order launch and consumable products, we have a no returns or refunds policy at this time.

All pre-orders and product sales (including SugarInk™ and accessories) are considered final and non-refundable, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or not working as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thesugarprinter.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll do everything we can to make it right — including replacing your unit if necessary.

Please note: using any candy other than our SugarInk or consumables in The Sugar Printer™ will void your warranty and disqualify your item from replacement or repair.
