Shipping policy

All pre-orders for The Sugar Printer™ will begin shipping in mid to late July 2025. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

As a thank-you for believing in us early, all pre-orders will ship FREE within the United States. This offer is exclusive to pre-orders placed before our official launch.

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping speed. You’ll be able to track your order once it's on the way.

Currently, we ship to customers within the United States.

If you order a Sugar Printer™ along with consumables (like Printer Hearts™), they may ship separately depending on availability.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
